RIVALONGA BAR GOES GREEN WITH P31 GREEN APERITIF

Green light to a major new collaboration between Hyatt Centric Murano Venice and a young Venetian company that aims to revolutionize the world-famous aperitif spritz by offering a new version with a bright green hue.

And so the Rivalonga Bar, a relaxing corner in the heart of Murano, Venice where you can enjoy cichetti and traditional Italian dishes, from summer 2022 carries the P31 brand, a liqueur whose history is rooted in the Veneto region.

The name is a tribute to the historic Caffè Pedrocchi in Padua, where it was born, while 31 refers to the number of 100% natural ingredients that make up its secret recipe. The ingredients include twenty expertly selected officinal herbs, as well as aromas and scents from exotic places that came to Venice along the ancient Silk Road.

Through this collaboration, Hyatt Centric Murano Venice, which has always valued and favored local products rather than tying itself to more commercial and well-known brands, adds another piece to its local philosophy by making Murano the ideal place to immerse yourself  in an all-Venetian dimension now also thanks to P31 Aperitivo Green.

Rivalonga Bar’s cocktail list is thus enriched not only with classics reimagined « in green, » such as the Negroni that becomes Negroni Green, but also with the signature cocktail « The Riva Green Cocktail » and a refreshing radler beer with P31 tones.

In addition, at the Spritz & Fizz bar inside the hotel, it is possible to book and participate in a Spritz masterclass or one dedicated exclusively to cocktails that can be made with P31. And for those who will be fascinated by it, it will be possible to purchase the 0.70 cl and 1 lt formats directly on site.

Because even in drinking if you want to be cool you have to be green.
